Your journal entries are stored locally on your device. You control your content.
No Accounts / No Cloud
Local Journal does not require accounts and does not upload or sync your entries to servers.
Exports and Backups
If you want a backup, use Export. Exported files are created locally and remain under your control.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Local Journal and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data. Because entries stay on your device, we cannot recover entries if they are deleted or lost.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page.
